Counterparts and Headings. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. All headings (including, without limitation, article headings and section titles), are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not effect the meaning or interpretation of any terms of this Agreement. References to masculine, feminine or neuter shall each include the other, as the circumstances may require.
