Counterparts and Formal Date. This First Supplemental Indenture may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument and notwithstanding their date of execution shall be deemed to bear a date as of the date first written above.
