Counterpart and Facsimile. This Escrow Agreement may be executed in any number of separate counterparts and all such signed counterparts constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery by facsimile or other electronic means of an originally executed signature page to this Escrow Agreement by any party shall be binding on all parties hereto.
