The Contractor shall provide a Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CDRL A021) that documents procedures to minimize the risk of procuring and/or using counterfeit parts and materials. This plan shall be in accordance with DFARS 252.246-7007 Contractor Counterfeit Electronic Part Detention and avoidance. Solicitations and subcontracts for all suppliers shall contain a requirement for procedures to minimize the risk of procuring and/or using counterfeit parts and materials.
