TERRORISM (a) organisations and/or individuals associated with terrorism, or (b) organisations and individuals for whom Australia has imposed sanctions under: (i) the Charter of the United Nations ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth) and regulations made under that Act; (ii) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth) and regulations made under that Act; or (iii) the World Bank List or a Relevant List.
