Common use of Council Documents Clause in Contracts

Council Documents. The Region agrees that one copy of all Committee and Council meeting agendas and attached documents released to the public will be forwarded to the Recording Secretary of the Union (for use by the full-time and part-time units of Local 1656) by the Regional Clerks Division at the same time they are delivered to members of Committee or Council. This will be provided at no cost to the Union.
