Council Decisions. The Council must respond to any written request from the Consultant for a decision within a reasonable time, to avoid or minimise any delay to the provision of the Services or Works. If the Services are to be provided in stages, then the Council must approve the current stage before the Consultant may proceed with the next stage. If the Council has any concerns with the current stage, the Council shall notify the Consultant of these in writing prior to giving approval for the Consultant to proceed to the next stage.
