Cot. The Theatre shall provide a cot for any Artist who may become ill during a rehearsal or performance.
Cot. The Engager shall provide a cot for any Artist who may become ill during a rehearsal or performance.
Cot. Within a reasonable time following the Effective Date, Carrier shall consult in good faith with Shippers on any proposed amendments or revisions to the COT and Carrier shall proceed with due diligence and in good faith to seek Regulatory Approval of such proposed amendments or revisions to the COT from the CER prior to the end of the first Contract Year.
