Props. ‌ When an Artist agrees to provide a prop for use in a production the negotiated rental fee (which cannot be zero), and insurance coverage/replacement cost shall be included in a rider to the Artist’s contract.

Props. Employer shall exercise care, including prior testing of equipment (breakaway props, etc.) during rehearsals to avoid injury to the Performer.
Props. You may incorporate the Props in the Productions and may Use the Props in any manner in the Productions in all media, whether now known or hereinafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe, and in advertising and publicity. The Props may be Used in conjunction with the actual visual and/or sound effects of the Props or any other visual and/or sound effects. You are not obligated to Use the Props.
Props. ALL items/props “attached” to pots MUST be for sale with those pots, NO EXCEPTIONS ie. Chopsticks in noodle bowls, knives on cheese trays, brushes in paint palettes, candles in luminaries, yarn & knitting needles in yarn bowls, etc. We cannot collect these items at cash (we are not set up for that) and if left on your table it could look “junky” over time. • It is recommended that utensils, etc. be attached in a secure manner • If you want to indicate the use of items, but don’t want to sell the “attached” items with pots as required above, please consider display photos with the items that show use. Again, any items used for display that are not for sale are brought at your own risk – cashiers will sell them with the pots. We are not set up to be able to remove and store these items at the sales tables.
Props. Props need to be constructed in such a way that they can cause no damage to the dance floor. All props should have felt padding on any part that rests on the floor or agains walls and ceiling. Any damage needs to be made good by the Renter. Storage Renters may NEVER leave any equipment, costumes, props or personal belongings anywhere in the studio, hallway, bathroom, or back rooms.
Props. Producer is hereby renting certain props from Gimme Props to use in connection with the Production (collectively the “Props”), which Props are more specifically described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
