Props. ‌ When an Artist agrees to provide a prop for use in a production the negotiated rental fee (which cannot be zero), and insurance coverage/replacement cost shall be included in a rider to the Artist’s contract.

Props. You may incorporate the Props in the Productions and may Use the Props in any manner in the Productions in all media, whether now known or hereinafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe, and in advertising and publicity. The Props may be Used in conjunction with the actual visual and/or sound effects of the Props or any other visual and/or sound effects. You are not obligated to Use the Props.
Props. Props need to be constructed in such a way that they can cause no damage to the dance floor. All props should have felt padding on any part that rests on the floor or agains walls and ceiling. Any damage needs to be made good by the Renter. Storage Renters may NEVER leave any equipment, costumes, props or personal belongings anywhere in the studio, hallway, bathroom, or back rooms.
Props. Employer shall exercise care, including prior testing of equipment (breakaway props, etc.) during rehearsals to avoid injury to the Performer.
Props. Producer is hereby renting certain props from Gimme Props to use in connection with the Production (collectively the “Props”), which Props are more specifically described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Please don’t show it publicly or to family members. Don’t try to duplicate the performance of the actors on the DVD, make the part your own – That’s why we may cast YOU! Transportation – Each cast member and crew will be completely responsible for all of their own transportation to and from rehearsal and performance venues. As part of our cast, you will be part of a team and also required to help with Set up/Take down, Clean up, Ticket Table, Sales, Snack Bar, Marketing, Ushering, Trash Removal and anywhere else the show may have need of you before, during or after performances. After each rehearsal and performance, please don’t leave without first checking with Xxxxx Xxxxxx. If you don’t have your own transportation and are being picked up by another person, it’s best to have them arrive at least one hour after the conclusion of a performance, due to clean-up, notes and changing out of costume, etc. If possible, have the person arrive only after you’ve called them via a cell phone to say that you’re ready. Cast members under the age of 18 are welcome to bring one legal parent or guardian with them to rehearsals and performances (but not required). Siblings should be left at home. All others, please don’t bring family and friends to rehearsals or performances without first getting permission from Xxxxx Xxxxxx beforehand. Family members should buy tickets to attend performances. Exceptions to this are at the discretion of Xxxxx Xxxxxx. When snacks are being sold by Theater Under The Stars, each cast member is allowed one free bottle of water or soda per performance. Please don’t take more than this without paying. Please don’t eat/drink in costume. Your final season paycheck may be withheld until the return of your script and DVD to Xxxxx Xxxxxx. You also agree that your picture/likeness (in costume and behind the scenes), including video of your performance, may be used in current and future Theater Under The Stars promotions and ...

The Equipment may be used in conjunction with the actual visual and/or sound effects of the Equipment or any other visual and/or sound effects. You are not obligated to use the Equipment.
Props. 7.1. (Provision of props) Xxx may provide props and other materials to be used in the Project which at all times shall be owned by Xxx. A hire fee for such use of Xxx’s props on the Project may be charged to the client as part of the Fees as specified in the Quote.
