Costs of Arbitration and Attorney’s Fees. The fees of the arbitrators and all other expenses of the arbitrators and the reasonable legal fees, witness fees, and other reasonable fees and costs incurred by the prevailing party shall be assessed against the non-prevailing party by the arbitrators and included in any award or decision.
