Costs for After Hours and/or Off Site Inspections. If the Developer performs Work outside the Inspector’s regular working hours, costs of any inspections required outside regular working hours shall be borne by the Developer and may be invoiced to the Developer by the District or the District may deduct those expenses from the next Tenant Improvement Payment.
