COSTS, FEES, PAYMENTS, AND RATE SCHEDULES. 3.1. This Agreement is a specific rate of compensation contract. The Subcontractor is being hired to perform professional services in connection with the Project as set forth herein. In consideration for the professional services rendered by the Subcontractor, the CMGC shall pay to the Subcontractor the Fee, to be determined according to the labor and activity rates as set forth in Section 3, Fees and Payment. The Fee includes compensation for any cost to be incurred by the Subcontractor, and the Subcontractor shall not be reimbursed for costs incurred. The Subcontractor shall bear the costs, and resulting risks, of performing this Agreement.

  • ADS Fees and Charges The following ADS fees are payable under the terms of the Deposit Agreement:
