Cost Reduction. If the total cost of the Investment at completion by the final date specified in the Technical Description falls below the figure stated in Recital (A) so that the amount of the Credit exceeds 50% (fifty per cent.) of such total cost, the Bank may forthwith, by notice to the Borrower, cancel the undisbursed portion of the Credit and/or demand prepayment of the Loan Outstanding up to the amount by which the Credit exceeds 50% (fifty per cent.) of the total cost of the Investment.
Cost Reduction. As described in Attachment 1, any cost savings which were previously funded from student growth funds shall be included in the calculation of net available Growth Funds.
Cost Reduction. Both parties shall endeavor to reduce the costs of products furnished under this Agreement.
Cost Reduction. In the event that the “Total Project Cost” is less than the amount listed in Attachment A, the Air District shall recalculate its contribution to the Project in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 4 of Attachment A.

Cost Reduction. Buyer and Seller agree that the parties will share the benefits of any and all cost reduction efforts on a 70/30 split. The split will be allocated 70% to the originator of the cost reduction effort and 30% to the other party, via unit cost reduction, after Seller's implementation costs are recovered.
Cost Reduction. Reliant and Eurand agree to work together in good faith to reduce the costs of manufacturing, and shipping, and improve utilization and yield of API and Materials, including, by way of example, increase of lot size and modification of packaging. Reliant and Eurand shall meet every six (6) months to review manufacturing and shipping procedures and cooperate in good faith to reduce costs.
Cost Reduction. Both parties shall endeavor to reduce the costs of MATERIALs furnished under this Agreement. If design, labor or material cost reductions result from Company initiated changes or the sharing by Supplier of other Company supplier agreements, [***] percent ([***]%) of the cost reduction(s) shall be passed onto Company in the form of reduced prices, except that if the cost reduction results from Supplier initiated changes, Supplier shall furnish to Company a complete list of expenses that Supplier incurred in effecting said cost reduction, if any. Supplier shall be entitled to receive the benefits of the cost reduction for the time period required to recover its implementation expenses.
Cost Reduction. TMI shall receive the benefit of any general or specific price reduction by Vendor on the Goods. Vendor agrees to invoice TMI at the Good’s lowest prevailing market price, if such price is not stated on this Purchase Order.
