Cost Control System. CM shall develop and monitor an effective system of Project cost control, which system shall be disclosed to and reviewed and approved by Owner and Owner's Representative. In connection with the management of the Cost Control System, CM shall develop cash flow reports and forecasts as reasonably requested or required by Owner or Owner's Representative.
