Common use of Corrosion Clause in Contracts

Corrosion. (a) The Aircraft shall be in compliance with the Manufacturer's corrosion prevention and control program (CPCP) requirements. All CPCP inspections which would normally be accomplished while access is provided during structural inspection in accordance with the Lessee's Maintenance Program during the Term shall have been accomplished; (b) The entire fuselage will be substantially free from corrosion and will be adequately treated in accordance with Lessee's corrosion prevention program and the Manufacturer's Maintenance Planning Document; and (c) Fuel tanks will be free from contamination and corrosion and a tank treatment program will be in operation.
