Corrective Vision Materials. If a Comprehensive Vision Examination results in an Enrollee needing corrective vision materials for their visual health and welfare, those corrective vision materials prescribed by the Participating Provider will be supplied, subject to certain limitations and exclusions of the Contract, as follows:
