Corporation’s Redemption Option. At any time after the initial Issuance Date, the Corporation shall have the right, at the Corporation’s option, to redeem all (but not less than all) of the shares of Series A Preferred Stock, at a price per share of Series A Preferred Stock equal to the Series A Liquidation Value, which redemption may be effectuated in exchange for all (but not less than all) secured promissory notes (the “Promissory Notes”) issued by the Holder to the Corporation as set forth further below.
