CORPORATION DEFINED. The terms "Independent Wireless One Corporation" ------------------- and "IWO Holdings, Inc." as used in this Agreement, shall include, respectively, IWO and Holdings, and its respective successors and/or assigns, any subsidiary corporation of IWO and Holdings, and any corporation into which or which IWO or Holdings may be merged or consolidated or to which all, or substantially all, of their respective businesses and/or assets are transferred.
