Common use of CORPORATE AND PARTNERSHIP AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

CORPORATE AND PARTNERSHIP AUTHORITY. Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord, and agrees, that each individual executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant is authorized to do so on behalf of Tenant.

CORPORATE AND PARTNERSHIP AUTHORITY. Tenant and each individual executing this Lease represents and warrants to Landlord, and agrees, that each such individual executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant is authorized to do so on behalf of Tenant.

Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, deliver a certified copy of Tenantits organizational documents or an appropriate certificate authorizing or evidencing the execution of this Lease.
