CORE Staff Clause Samples
The 'CORE Staff' clause defines which employees or personnel are considered essential to the performance of the contract or project. Typically, it lists specific individuals or roles whose skills and involvement are critical to the successful delivery of services or completion of work. This clause often requires the consent of the other party before any changes are made to the designated core staff, ensuring continuity and maintaining the quality of work. Its core function is to guarantee that key personnel remain assigned to the project, thereby minimizing disruptions and safeguarding the interests of both parties.
CORE Staff. State Parties shall ensure that CORE teams are dispersed throughout Flint for 8 hours per day, Monday through Saturday. By March 1, 2017, State Parties will make best efforts to disperse at least 90 education specialists daily for 8 hours per day on Mondays through Saturdays. CORE education specialists will be dispersed on Sundays for up to 8 hours to conduct scheduled appointments with CORE eligible households and Initial and Follow-up Visits. The number of CORE education specialists dispersed on Sundays may vary depending on demand and staff availability.
CORE Staff. A nurse will be considered core staff for a unit if the nurse can independently assume a full patient load on that unit. Each unit will keep a list of its core staff.
CORE Staff. 1. The Contracting Party in accordance with its Law relating to the entry, residence and employment of non-citizens, permit natural persons who are investors of the other Contracting Party, and key personnel (managerial, administrative, technical) Hired legal persons of that Contracting Party, Enter and remain on the territory of its State for the purpose of carrying out activities in connection with investments.
2. The Contracting Party in accordance with its laws permit investors of the other Contracting Party to make investments in the territory of the first Contracting Party to employ within its national territory key personnel of their choice, regardless of nationality.
CORE Staff. A core staff nurse is a full time or part time staff nurse assigned to and scheduled on a designated nursing unit or designated float group (I, II, III, IV) for a minimum of three months, and who has attained regular status.
