Core Holidays Clause Samples
The Core Holidays clause defines the specific public or company-recognized holidays that are observed under the agreement. It typically lists the dates or names of holidays during which certain obligations, such as work performance or service delivery, are suspended or modified. By clearly identifying these days, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about deadlines, availability, or required actions, ensuring both parties have a shared understanding of non-working days and reducing the risk of disputes related to holiday observance.
