Copper Price Adjustments. During the term of this Agreement, the price of Wire will be adjusted on the 1st of each month to reflect the prior month's spot COMEX average cost per pound of High Grade Copper Cathode. The monthly adjustment will be based on the copper weight per pound for each number. The weight for each copper construction shall be as set forth in accordance with Exhibit A.
