It typically outlines the procedures for adjusting shareholdings in the event of corporate actions such as stock splits, mergers, or issuance of new shares, ensuring that parties' interests remain proportionate. This clause is essential for maintaining fairness and protecting parties from unintended dilution or disproportionate changes in ownership due to corporate restructuring or similar events.
