Common use of Copies of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Copies of Documentation. The Company will furnish to each Agent, without charge, as many copies of each preliminary prospectus and Permitted Free Writing Prospectus as such Agent may reasonably request, and the Company hereby consents to the use of such copies for purposes permitted by the Securities Act. The Company will furnish to each Agent, without charge, such number of copies of the Prospectus (as amended or supplemented) as such Agent may reasonably request.
