Common use of Copies of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Copies of Documentation. The Company has made available to Parent (i) copies of all employment agreements with officers of the Company or any Company Subsidiary; (ii) copies of all severance agreements, programs and policies of the Company or any Company Subsidiary with or relating to its employees; and (iii) copies of all plans, programs, agreements and other arrangements of the Company or any Company Subsidiary with or relating to its employees which contain change of control provisions.
