Common use of Copies of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Copies of Documentation. Customer may not make copies of the Documentation without the prior written consent of Capita. At the request of the Customer, Capita may provide additional soft copies of the Documentation as the Customer reasonably requires for the normal operation of its business. Capita may charge a reasonable fee for the provision of such Documentation.
