COPE DEDUCTIONS. The Company agrees to allow for voluntary payroll deductions for Committee On Political Education (C.O.P.E.) to be forwarded to the Union Financial Secretary monthly. The employee must sign and submit a payroll deduction authorization which shall remain in effect until cancelled or amended.
