Coordination/Clarifications. Consultant shall: • Provide written responses to requests from the City for technical clarifications and information during construction of the project when such clarifications and needs for technical information are not the result of error or omission on the part of the Consultant. • Assist the City in responding to Contractor’s request for clarification and construction issues during the course of construction up to one issue per month. • Prepare drawings, details, specifications, and cost estimates as required to support a maximum of six (6) construction change orders.
