Common use of COORDINATE PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

COORDINATE PERFORMANCE. Engineer shall coordinate all of its performance with the Director and such other person(s) as the Director may specify. Engineer shall keep such person(s) advised at a minimum on a biweekly basis of developments relating to the performance of this Contract, and Engineer shall at all appropriate times advise and consult with the Director.
