Cooperation With the Company After Termination of Employment. Following termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall cooperate with the Company in all matters relating to any litigation in which the Company is or becomes involved or any investigation of the Company or its affairs by a governmental agency or a Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors, and in the winding up of his pending work on behalf of the Company, including, but not limited to, the orderly transfer of any such pending work to other employees of the Company as may be designated by the Company. The Company agrees to reimburse Executive for any time and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses he incurs in performing any work on behalf of the Company following the termination of his employment.
