Common use of Cooperation; Return of Property Clause in Contracts

Cooperation; Return of Property. Employee agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Company and its counsel in connection with any investigation, administrative proceeding, arbitration or litigation relating to any matter that occurred during the Senior Vice President’s employment in which the Senior Vice President was involved or of which the Senior Vice President has knowledge. The Company will reimburse the Employee for any reasonable out-of-pocket travel, delivery or similar expenses incurred in providing such service to the Company. Employee represents that the Senior Vice President has returned to the Company all property belonging to the Company, including but not limited to any leased vehicle, laptop, cell phone, keys, access cards, phone cards and credit cards.
