Cooperation Procedures. CHEC shall, in connection with the delivery of each Qualified Replacement Mortgage to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, provide the Trustee with information set forth in the Schedule of Home Equity Loans with respect to such Qualified Replacement Mortgage.
