Cooperation Procedures. (a) The Sponsor shall, in connection with the delivery of each Qualified Replacement Mortgage to the Trustee, provide the Trustee with the information set forth in the Schedules of Mortgage Loans with respect to such Qualified Replacement Mortgage.
