Common use of Cooperation/Collaboration Clause in Contracts

Cooperation/Collaboration. PMP agrees to provide a high degree of cooperation, collaboration, coordination, and teamwork in the delivery of its Professional PM Services. To this end, PMP shall perform Professional PM Services in accordance with the Professional PM Services Schedule and in keeping with TFC’s design intent and Master Budget. PMP agrees to work collaboratively with the TFC, the Using Agency, Consultants, the A/E and its consultants, the Contractor and its subcontractors, and consultants retained by TFC to (i) establish and maintain clear lines of responsibility, authority, and communication in accordance with the Contract Documents;
