Common use of Cooperation by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Cooperation by Tenant. Tenant shall use reasonable efforts and all due diligence to cooperate with the Architect, the Engineers, and Landlord to complete all phases of the Construction Drawings and the permitting process, and with Contractor for approval of the “Cost Proposal,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2 of this Work Letter, as soon as possible after the execution of this Second Amendment, and, in that regard, shall meet with Landlord on a scheduled basis to be determined by Landlord, to discuss Tenant’s progress in connection with the same. Tenant shall respond to Landlord’s requests for information and/or approvals within three (3) business days following request by Landlord (unless another period of time is expressly stated herein for such response by Tenant).
