Common use of Cooperation by Customer Clause in Contracts

Cooperation by Customer. Customer agrees to cooperate with USBI to the fullest extent possible and to the best of Customer's ability to facilitate the provisioning of services described in Section 3 herein. Such cooperation shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
