Cooperate on Audits and Investigations. Contractors and their Representatives shall cooperate with any necessary audits or investigations by LAUSD relating to conduct identified in this Code. Such audits and investigations may be conducted when LAUSD has reason to believe that a violation of this Code has occurred. Once an audit or investigation is complete, LAUSD may contact a Contractor or their Representatives to establish remedies and/or sanctions.
