Common use of CONVEYANCE ONLY Clause in Contracts

CONVEYANCE ONLY. the Distributor may terminate this agreement by giving the Retailer at least 120 Working Days' notice in writing of termination and the date on which this agreement will terminate if the Distributor proposes to move to a conveyance only form of use of system agreement. Where the Distributor issues a notice of termination to Retailer under this clause 21.1(g), the Distributor will at the same time provide any Consumer that it proposes to move to a conveyance only arrangement with a copy of the standard use of system agreement (conveyance) it proposes will apply between the Distributor and the Consumer after the termination of this agreement. If the Consumer wishes to continue to use the Network, the parties will negotiate any amendments to the proposed new use of system agreement (conveyance) in good faith during the 120 Working Day notice period with a view to entering into the new agreement effective from the termination of this agreement
