CONVEYANCE OF THE SAID APARTMENT. TheOwners and the Promoter, on receipt of Total Price of the Designated Apartment as per para 1.2 under the Agreement from the Allottee, shall execute a conveyance deed and convey the title of the Designated Apartment together with proportionate indivisible share in the Common Areas within 3 months from the date of issuance of the completioncertificate (or such other certificate by whatever name called and issued by the Competent Authority) to the Allottee: Provided that, in the absence of local law, the conveyance deed in favour of the Allottee shall be carried out by the Promoter within 3 months from the date of issue of completion certificate. TheOwners The Promoter and the PromoterOwner, on receipt of Total Price of the Designated Apartment as per para 1.2 under the Agreement from the Allottee, shall execute a conveyance deed and convey the title of the Designated Apartment together with proportionate indivisible share in the Common Areas within 3 (three) months from the date of issuance of the completioncertificate (Completion Certificate* to the Allottee: [* or such other certificate by whatever name called and issued by the Competent Authority) to the Allottee: competent authority.] Provided that, in the absence of local law, the conveyance deed in favour of the Allottee shall be carried out by the Owner and the Promoter within 3 (three) months from the date of issue of completion certificateCompletion Certificate. The Allottee shall also be deemed to be under condition solely responsible and liable for compliance of default under clause 7.3 and 9.3 abovethe provisions of Indian Stamp Act, 1989 including any actions taken or deficiencies/ penalties imposed by the competent authority (ies).
