Common use of CONVEYANCE OF THE APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

CONVEYANCE OF THE APARTMENT. The Vendor-Cum-Developer, on receipt of Total Price of the Apartment as per Para 1.2 above and as mentioned in the PART - I of the FIFTH SCHEDULE below from the Allottees by the Vendor-Cum-Developer, shall execute a conveyance deed and convey the title of the Apartment together with right to use proportionate indivisible share in the Common Areas (within three months from the date of Completion Certificate or such other certificate by whatever name called issued by the competent authority but within a maximum period of 3 (three) months from the Date of Completion Certificate) to the Allottees. In case, however, the Allottees fails to deposit the stamp duty and/or registration charges within the period mentioned in the notice, the Allottees authorizes the Vendor-Cum- Developer to withhold registration of the conveyance deed in favour of the Allottees till payment of stamp duty and registration charges to the Vendor-Cum- Developer is made by the Allottees.
