Common use of Conveyance of Environmental Attributes Clause in Contracts

Conveyance of Environmental Attributes. Buyer may unilaterally elect to change the Environmental Attribute conveyance procedure for Buyer to be able to receive and report the Environmental Attributes purchased under the Agreement as belonging to Buyer. Buyer will provide written notice to Seller of such change in procedure, and Seller shall thereafter comply with such new procedures.
