Controlling Holder Rights. Sterling agrees and acknowledges that Sequoia Mortgage Funding Corporation, an Affiliate of the Depositor, in its capacity as the initial Controlling Holder pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and for so long as it is the Controlling Holder, will exercise all of Assignee's rights as Purchaser under each of the following sections of the Purchase Agreement: Purchase Agreement: Section or Subsection Matter
