Controlled Milling Machine. The milling machine shall be self-propelled, capable of milling the pavement to a specified depth and smoothness to control the paving slope during its operation. On the other hand, the machine shall reduce the risk of dust pollution and not cause any damage to the pavement structure that is not being removed.
