Interconnection Customer shall make all necessary arrangements, including but not limited to those set forth in Article 7 (Metering) and Article 8 (Communications) of this Agreement to place the Generating Facility in a Balancing Authority Control Area. At least six (6) months prior to Initial Synchronization Date,, or at a date mutually agreeable to both Parties, Interconnection Customer shall notify Transmission Provider in writing of the Control Area in which the Generating Facility will be located.
