Common use of Control Area Notification Clause in Contracts

Control Area Notification. At least six months before Trial Operation, the Generator shall notify the TSP in writing of the Control Area in which it will be located. If the Generator elects to be located in a Control Area other than the Control Area in which the TSP is located, all necessary agreements, including but not limited to remote control area generator interchange agreements, if applicable, and appropriate measures under such agreements, shall be executed and implemented prior to the placement of the Plant in the other Control Area. The Parties will diligently cooperate with one another to enable such agreements to be executed and implemented on a schedule necessary to meet the Trial Operation date specified in Exhibit β€œB.”
