Common use of Control Account Clause in Contracts

Control Account. The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 14.1(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Borrowing and any Eurodollar Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower hereunder and each Lender’s share thereof.

Control Account. The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 14.1(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Borrowing and any Eurodollar Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower hereunder and each Lender’s 's share thereof.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Funding Agent pursuant to Section 14.1(c13.01(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Borrowing and any Eurodollar LIBO Rate Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes Notes, and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Funding Agent from the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower hereunder and each Lender’s 's share thereof.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 14.1(c15.01(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date date, amount and amount currency of each Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Borrowing and any Eurodollar Eurocurrency Rate Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower respective Borrowers to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes Notes, and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower respective Borrowers hereunder and each Lender’s 's share thereof.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 14.1(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Borrowing the Loans made hereunder, any conversion or continuation of the Loans, including the type of Loan comprising such Borrowing and any Eurodollar Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower hereunder and each Lender’s 's share thereof.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 14.1(c14.01(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Borrowing and any Eurodollar Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes Notes, and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower hereunder and each Lender’s 's share thereof.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 14.1(c15.1(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan Loans comprising such Borrowing and any Eurodollar Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower hereunder and each Lender’s 's share thereof.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 14.1(c13.1(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Borrowing and Borrowing, any Eurodollar Interest Period applicable theretothereto and the Negotiated Rate, if applicable, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower hereunder and each Lender’s share thereof.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 14.1(c15.1(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Borrowing made hereunderthe Loan Obligations, the type of Loan comprising such Borrowing Loans and any Eurodollar Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment and Acceptance or joinder agreement pursuant to Section 3.2 delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower hereunder and each Lender’s 's share thereof.
