Contribution to Fund Sample Clauses

The 'Contribution to Fund' clause defines the obligations of parties to provide financial resources or assets to a specified fund. Typically, it outlines the timing, amount, and method of contributions, and may specify whether contributions are made as lump sums, installments, or in response to capital calls. This clause ensures that the fund receives the necessary capital to operate or invest, clarifying each party's financial commitment and reducing the risk of underfunding.
