Common use of Contribution to and Distribution of the MSA Agreement Clause in Contracts

Contribution to and Distribution of the MSA Agreement. 6.1 The initial Promoters of the CFP MSA are Finisar, Opnext, and Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd./ExceLight Communications, Inc., subject to the addition of additional Promoters pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of Section 9.3 of this Agreement and subject to removal pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of Section 9.6 of this Agreement.
