Contractual Project Schedule not affected. Submittal of updated Progress and Completion Schedules shall not modify the then-current (and approved) Project Schedule, which can only be modified as provided above. Mere submittal of Progress and Completion Schedules does not: (i) satisfy Design-Builder’s notice obligations set forth herein; (ii) modify Contract Time; or (iii) relieve Design- Builder of its obligation to meet Milestone Dates in the Project Schedule and to complete the Work within the Contract Time.
