Contractual Amendment Clause Samples
A Contractual Amendment clause defines the process by which changes or modifications to the original contract can be made. Typically, this clause requires that any amendments be agreed upon in writing and signed by all parties involved, ensuring that verbal agreements or informal changes are not legally binding. Its core function is to maintain clarity and prevent disputes by establishing a formal, documented method for altering the contract's terms.
